Shipping Policy

Real-Time Tracking: Every order is tracked from the moment it leaves our facility until it reaches your doorstep.
Delivery Issues: If there is a problem with your shipment, you’ll receive an email notification within 24 hours. A new tracking number will be provided, and a replacement package will be shipped at no extra cost.
Order Confirmation: Your tracking number will be sent once your order has been confirmed and dispatched.
Return & Exchange Policy
To maintain quality standards and safety, the following conditions apply:
Damaged on Arrival: If damage occurs during transit, we’ll replace your product. However, if damage is caused while opening the package, a refund is not applicable.
Sale Items: Products purchased on sale are final and cannot be refunded.
Wrong Dosage Received: If you receive the correct product in a different dosage, we will arrange an exchange—but no refunds will be issued.
Wrong Product Requests: Refunds are not available if you request a different product after your original order has been shipped.Used Products: Medications that have been opened or used will not be refunded.
Refund Timeframe: All refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
Treatment Discontinuation: Refunds are not issued if you decide to stop treatment midway.
